Australorp problem

I have noticed a large lump on the chest of my 13 week old australorp hen.She does eat some and drink although not like the others her age.She has developed a bit of a twitch with her neck and head over the past week or so.She does squat a good bit with her feathers ruffled,and is not as peppy,but she gets around o.k..any suggestions to the problem?
