Beginner, organic farmer

My name is Aruna, i live in W/Africa. I want to start an organic farm on a 30 acre virgin land with a 10 acre swamp along the edge of the land. I have brush 2 acres and have started planting cashew. What would i do to become organic and enjoy a sustainable life?
