Fun Contest Open to All for Naming The Rooster Mascot

Probably many people who use this site know of the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) of the USDA.

A primary goal and role for APHIS is to stop the spread of disease in poultry and wild birds.

APHIS has a contest going to raise awareness about illness in poultry and have a perky rooster as the mascot of the awareness campaign.

Everyone is inviting to name the rooster and vie for a few minutes of fame and a token prize.
