How can I help my sick Rooster?

A rooster showed up in my yard over a month ago, probably fell off a poultry truck. I have fed him and made a place for him in our old shed. 4 days ago I couldn't find him, but on the 2nd day we found him under a piece of equipment in the shed. He can not stand, no visible injuries found. He won't eat, but I am able to get him to take in sugar water. He can't drink unless I hold it for him. I try to keep him clean, and dry with new straw.
