Looking after Baby Chicks

Hey everybody. I'm going to be getting (20) 1-day old chicks and I need advice to give them best care possible. I have raised chicks in the past when I was extremely young (my parents helped of course) that was a long time ago I remember nothing of their care. Please help.

MEG: HI SAM
BASICS ARE TO KEEP THEM WARM AND PROVIDE FOOD AND CLEAN WATER AT ALL TIMES. A DESK LAMP WITH AN ORDINARY 60w OR 100W LIGHT BULB CAN DO FOR THE WARMTH - DON'T USE A COMPACT FLUORO AS THEY GIVE NO HEAT AT ALL. POSITION IT ABOUT 2 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR IN THE CORNER OF A BIG CARDBOARD BOX SO THEY CAN ADJUST THEIR DISTANCE FROM IT FOR MAXIMUM COMFORT. SAWDUST ON THE FLOOR WORKS WELL. CHICK STARTER CRUMBLE FOR FOOD. A CHICK WATERER SET ON A TILE TO HELP KEEP IT CLEAN IS GOOD. CHECK WATER SEVERAL TIMES A DAY AS GETS DIRTY QUICK. START CLIPPING FRESH GREENS ON THE SIDE OF THE BOX FOR THEM AFTER A DAY OR SO.
