Microfarmerpatronage

by Jo Bradshaw
(Kazanlak, Bulgaria)

We're creating a new paradigm and want to help other smallholders make the leap from zero to financially sustainable.

Our MicroFarmerPatronage model uses paid subscription as a base for income.

We have two levels of subscription on our page: http://www.tearsoforpheus.com/subscribe - one for letters-only, in which we share what we're doing on a profound level, together with creating garden planners and other resources, and another for letters-plus-goodies, in which we actually post out artisan food and skincare from our farm twice a year.

Our subscription model helps us plan in advance, and supports our work in our local community in Bulgaria where some of Europe's poorest and most economically and socially disadvantaged live.

In the long run we want to build an eco winery from scratch and our subscribers are involved in the process right from the beginnings.

We are Jo and Graeme and we live in the beautiful Rose Valley in Bulgaria.
