Need Help Developing an Organic Farming Business Plan

I am looking for resources that might help me develop an appropriate business plan regarding "organic farming"

As you know, the organic farming industry is growing by leaps and bounds, here in the states, as well as much of the rest of the world.

Our family is ready for such a challenge. We believe that our wide range of experiences, skill sets, and a number of other factors, puts our family in a good position to get involved in this special field.

We are writing you in hopes that someone out there can help point us in the right direction.

You, see we aren't sure what resources are available to us... who do we talk to first, where do we start and all that.

My sort-term goal here is to formulate a well-laid-out business plan in hopes of attracting the right funding based on land options available to us.

So I ask, can anyone assist us with finding the right resources to get our project moving?
