Pregnancy Testing in female goats

i have female goats. how can i know that the particular female goat is pregnant? is there any special instrument?

MEG: ULTRASOUND IS ROUTINELY USED TO PREGNANCY TEST SHEEP AND GOATS. ALSO THE FACT SHE IS NOT COMING INTO HEAT ANY MORE IS A GOOD CLUE.
