Seed and Seedling Starter Mix

For those who've been asking about a good mix to start of seeds and seedlings, I have a recipe that I have found good success with.

It is basically equal parts of vermiculite (or perlite), fine to medium sand, and either compost or worm castings. For small seeds I sieve the mix over the top so it's not too coarse.
