Seed starter mix

by Vicke
(Stillwater, OK)

I have organic seeds, but now am not sure what to start them in. Most of the seed starter mixes are not organic (contain wetting agents and chemical fertilizers). I wouldn't mind making my own if I can get all the ingredients. I have my own vermicompost and am strongly considering a recipe of my own compost, vermiculite and perlite. Does anyone have a tried and true method?

Thanks,
Vicke
