USA, Oregon, Cove $140,000

(Cove, Oregon, USA)

Dedicated to keep Earth cool. Shade trees, every imaginable fruit, nuts, native trees and shrubs, herbs, flowers for pollinators on 2 acres. Fenced yard and garden, also fenced one acre pasture suitable for goats, other livestock. Older double wide 3 bedroom home uses firewood for heat. House is on city water and sewer, also a good well. Small shop, large pole garage and other buildings. Hens laying! 3000 feet elevation means cool nights, yet ample growing season. Soil built up with much compost yields delicious crops. My wish is for someone to love this place as much as we do. Home has been lived in continuously, will need to be replaced in coming years. Ten minutes to national forest. 30 minutes to wilderness trail. K-12 school less than one mile. Prefer letters so I can write to you. Internet is not my thing. My photos are available by mail.
