What Permaculture Plants Suit north of Sydney?

I have just bought 20 acres 2 hours north of Sydney for my girlfriend and I to escape to on weekends and it has a dam, gets plenty of rain,good soil etc but just wondering what I could grow which is relatively low maintenance....

Already has an organ tree on it...but what else can I plant on there I wonder?
