Who's a Good Contact for 10 KW Wind Turbine in Jupiter NC?

I have home in nc on a mt 4300 above sea level we are looking to buy a windmill to offset the grid and in case of power outage probably a 10 kw. Can anyone recommend somebody to install or sit down with because it can be confusing!!!
